I’ll start by saying that Ken is probably one of friendliest people that I have ever met. It’s hard not to like him; he’s polite, respectful, honest and professional. After working with Ken, and the initial stress of trying to buy and/or sell a home passes, it’s easy to relax and enjoy a good conversation after the work is done. Ken is really fun to be around.

All that said, Ken is great at his job. He loves what he does and is always just a quick text or phone call away and, he’s ready to help any time of day. The amount of time and effort he put into listing and advertising our home was well worth the payoff (sold above listed price in one day). Ken has a great step-by-step plan that worked really well for us when we were buying a home. My favourite part was watching Ken try to get us the best deal; that’s where he shines (I think that’s his favourite part too).

We had an outstanding experience having Ken as our realtor, both for buying and selling. On the buying side, he took time to really understand what we were looking for, and never pushed us towards anything that didn't fit the bill. When something came up that did, he was on it right away - even going so far as to manually check small details for us that were important, like lot size. He also was extremely competent in helping us make our offer. We couldn't have been happier with how our purchase turned out. On the selling side, Ken was a perfectionist in taking photos and videos of the house, but also had the listing up super quickly. He was also a great help in advising what to list for, based on what we were also comfortable with. The house sold so quickly that Ken didn't even get a chance to post the video he took of the house! To top it all off, Ken is personable and friendly, and can find common ground with anyone he meets. All in all, a fantastic experience. I will recommend Ken over and over.
